Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 6, 2026
This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, who we share it with, and how to get it deleted. It describes what the site actually does today — if that changes, this page changes with it.
Short version: we collect what you type into the offer form so we can make you an offer, we share it with the partners needed to actually buy a house, we do not sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect
When you submit the offer form, we receive what you enter:
- The property address, and — if you pick an address from the autocomplete suggestions — the map service’s identifier and coordinates for that address.
- Your name and phone number.
- Your email address, if you choose to give one. It is optional.
- What is going on with the house and how soon you want to sell, as selected from the dropdowns.
- Which page you submitted from, and campaign tags (UTM parameters) if you arrived from an ad. This tells us which of our own pages or ads you came through.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, bank account, card details, date of birth, or immigration status. Nobody from us should ever ask you for those to get an offer, and nobody legitimate charges you a fee up front.
We do not sell your information. We do advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and those ads can be shown to people who have visited this site — “Measurement and cookies” below explains how that happens.
Measurement and cookies
This site loads Google Tag Manager, a Google service we use to manage our measurement tools. Through it we can see how people find and move through the site — pages viewed, how you got here, roughly where you are (from your IP address), and what kind of device you used. This is about the site, not about you personally: we use it to learn which pages actually help sellers, not to build a profile of you. That is what we do with it — what Meta does with what its pixel sees is a different question, and the next paragraph answers it.
One of the tools in that container is Meta’s pixel — Meta is the company behind Facebook and Instagram. We advertise there, and the pixel is how Meta tells us whether those ads are working. It reports to Meta which pages you looked at on this site and what you did on them, including whether you submitted the offer form. If Meta recognizes your browser or device as belonging to a Facebook or Instagram account, it can connect that visit to that account. The pixel also lets us show ads to people who have been on this site, so you may see our ads on Facebook or Instagram after visiting. What Meta does with that information on its own side is governed by Meta’s terms, not ours.
We also load a visitor-tracking script from GoHighLevel, the company that runs our customer system. It is loaded directly by the site, not through the tag manager. It records the pages you look at here, and if you later send us the form or call us, it can connect those earlier visits to your record with us — so we know which page brought you in before we call you back.
Tools loaded this way can set cookies in your browser, and what they collect goes to the company that provides the tool — Google for Google’s tools, Meta for the pixel, GoHighLevel for the visitor tracking — under that company’s own privacy terms. Your browser settings can block them, and the site works normally if you do — every page, the form, and the phone number all keep working.
Your language preference is stored in your own browser. If you change the text size or switch to dark mode with the accessibility button, we count that — the setting only, never who chose it — so we can tell whether our default text is too small for the people actually reading this. Our host keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
Who we share it with
We share what you submit only with the parties needed to evaluate and close a purchase:
- Our customer relationship management provider (GoHighLevel), which stores the submission and lets us follow up.
- Our website host (Netlify), which processes and stores form submissions as a backup if the CRM is unreachable.
- The address autocomplete on the form is provided by Google Maps Platform. What you type into the address field is sent to Google to return suggestions, and is subject to Google’s own privacy policy.
- Our buying partner and the investors, contractors, inspectors and title company involved in an actual transaction — this is how a house purchase works, and it is why we ask.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not hand what you submit to unrelated companies for their own marketing. What the measurement tools above report to Google and to Meta is a separate thing, described in that section, and those companies use it under their own terms. Your information is not a product here.
Calls, texts and email
When you submit the form, you are asking us for an offer on the property, and we will respond. The box on the form governs calls and texts specifically. Leave it checked and we may call or text you about the property as well as email you. Uncheck it and we read that as “do not call or text me” — we will reply by email instead, and if you did not leave an email address there may be no way for us to reach you at all. We would rather be straight about how that works today than sound more automated than we are: your answer is stored with your submission and the person following up reads it, but nothing yet blocks a call or a text on its own. It is a commitment about how we work, not a switch we can point at. If we get it wrong, tell us and we will stop. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or tell us on the phone and we will note it. Asking us to stop contacting you does not affect anything else, and you never owe us anything.
The form also has a box you can tick that says it is OK to call or text you about the property. It starts EMPTY — we never tick it for you, so texts and calls only happen if you asked for them. Your answer is recorded with your submission either way, and it tells us how you want to be reached. Leaving it empty does not stop us from preparing your offer, does not affect anything else on this site, and does not cost you anything.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions for as long as we may reasonably still be doing business with you, and longer where a completed transaction requires it for legal and record-keeping reasons. If you ask us to delete your information and no transaction record requires keeping it, we will.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text the number on this site and say so — we will not make you fill out a form to get out of a form.
Children
This site is meant for adults selling real property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and stored with the providers named above. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Questions about privacy, or a request to delete your information: call or text the number on this site.
